Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be:

    • Unopened and in their original packaging

    • In the same condition as when you received them

  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at service@eternalskinrx.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@eternalskinrx.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
