Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
